why does that not surprise that knew about it. her and the dems were encouraging antifa and blm to riot in the cities. i personally don't believe anything coming out her mouth that kike schumer. hopefully the pair of them will be charged with treason or sedition and head to prison. for those 2 at their age they won't there that long before they die anyway.

QUOTE: John Solomon dropped a bombshell last month and said the DC police rejected his FOIA request for records pertaining to their investigation of the siege of the U.S. Capitol. The DC police said release of the records would be ‘personally embarrassing’ and privacy invading to release the documents. ENDQUOTE

I do not recall any exemptions for ‘personally embarrassing' when it comes to complying with the FOIA, the Privacy Act, and Requests for Release Of Info. It is unlawful and illegal (yes, they are 2 different concepts) to classify something as protected in order to prevent embarrassment, and the same applies to "privacy invading" when it comes to the official activities of USG employees (which includes elected mouthpieces). The Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, includes 12 exceptions under which information about an individual may be disclosed without their written consent. Specifically, "When the disclosure is made under the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. §552).

Of course, if disclosure would reveal that the DC Police were (a) using illegal surveillance (b) involved in either the attacks or the cover-ups, then it's understandable that they would not want to comply with the federal laws which supersede their objections.
