Biden has NO say regarding what the military does or does not do. They don't recognize him as Commander in Chief cuz he isn't.

I’m actually rather curious at who brought in all the troops. It seems as though they are not there at the request of the democrats, and since they moved in while Trump was in office, I’d assume they are there at his request.
Anyone know who’s responsible for placing all the troops there?
