This will never leave the courts. Facebergs lawyers will countersue and sue and countersue until everybody dies of old age. And besides - the deep state wouldn't let one of their favorite surveillance tools gets successfully sued by anyone. Why, if it were destroyed, they'd have to make a new tool!
