"How else can our leaders rip us off?" In every conceivable way you can imagine and more. I don't think there are many good politicians left (just like those that hold a badge.) I believe if it has not been corrupted, it has been blackmailed. I think that most kickbacks come in the form of money laundering and the public will never know.
