A press secretary who doesn't know anything that's going on. The core of DC is cordoned off by the military.

She seems to harp more about how everyone is trying to rape her. I guess she sees her looks fading, latinas hit the wall fast and hard (sadly not at the border), and her soylent self-loathing cuck of a supposedly-white boyfriend isn't banging away her fears of losing her perceived attractiveness.
Hence the rape fantasies. If she keeps going on that, she could end up like the old Mexican woman who stabbed her husband because she saw a picture of him banging "another woman"...and the other woman was her from a decade before, she had hit the wall so hard that she literally could not recognize herself.
