Blacks were under little evolutionary pressure for high IQ given the high caloric needs of the brain (25% of your daily intake) and year-round food supply in sub-Saharan Africa. Being brilliant is a waste of resources when you dont need to plan for winter. Unsurprisingly, median black IQ is 1-2 standard deviations lower because it was a useless to actively detrimental trait. Just like a set of fins would be detrimental to land-dwelling gazelles.
Meritocracy is inherently discriminatory. That's the point. People want to hear great singers, not me. Gifted programs want great students, not retards who can't spell cat.
It's a well known fact. Southern countries are always less developed than northern, and southern people are more lazy and less intelligent than northern.
