I actually read the bill. This is no joke.

If people really cared about this, there would be a concerted effort to go after the worthless parents that kicked their kid out at age 17 (or way younger), to fend for themselves, knowing full well that jobs for those under 18 are few and far between.....or at least provide homeless underage kids the support necessary to get them on their feet.
