I have actually seen a ytube video that was about exactly this thing, a film crew that kinda scoped out one of these 'overtaken buildings' for the building owners, and followed a group of these paid thugs going in and 'evicting all the squatters' for the building owners, then immediately boarding it up as they were tossing them and their shitty mattresses out on the street and welding the place shut until a clean up crew turns up and then re-open the building for business.
