HMM THERE'S THIS WEIRD PATTERN WITH PRESIDENTS/POLITICIANS WHERE THEY SAY THEY'LL DO SOMETHING, AND THEN THEY DO NOT, AND THEY ARE NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE IN ANY MANNER.
