So, if the US Military decided to stop driving from the back seat and cleaned out the District of Criminals and took charge it would not be a coup according to the Commies.

You and I share the same thought. Is removal of a corrupt, illegitimate government a coup? The establishment of the illegitimate government is a coup. Is their removal?
