i say decriminalize. let them all od and the problem will end by itself. either that or shoot the drug dealers when you catch them selling the drugs.
This would cause lots of the druggies around the country to move to Oregon. Maybe Colorado could go back to being a purple state again.

Why? Because in the 90s heroin got so widespread in the general proximity of it that there were just too many needles laying around in the shadow of the big bank sky scarpers to ignore (no really 3 major banks have their HQ within 200m of the train station)
