This is where i think the founders fucked up. They should have left it as the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. Almost every single anti gun laws has used the first part of the 2A clause to take away rights by reinterpreting what a militia is and who owns that militia

Fair enough point, we could say the same about that 24th amendment. If your white, and dont pay rent or property tax, no vote for you. However, if your a nigger, and pay nothing for your house you can still vote. It's blatant bullshit and clearly smells of infringement but no court has ever thought to put together how property tax IS a poll tax.
I find it interesting how new amendments can essentially nullify other amendments. Pretty sure this is NOT how the founding fathers intended our govt to work
