He DID drastically reduce the number deployed, and he DIDN'T start new wars even though repeatedly provoked to do so.

Section 230 is completely under the executive. Any time he could have made fuckbook and twatter publishers and charged them as such. But no. He went all in on "repeal 230" and got nowhere.

I don't disagree with you that Trump was ineffective in many ways, but he actually did accomplish much of what he campaigned on. The president does not have absolute power, and so has to work with people that oppose him. Biden has a super majority by libtards controlling the house, nearly the senate, and the executive, so he is essentially a dictator and can rule as he sees fit.
Many people don't think beyond Trump and political promises before him: politicians routinely made promises and kept none of them. By contrast, Trump is the best president we've had in generations... but still not good enough.
The president should never have that much power - that is agreed.
The president is just a check on congress. POTUS is the figurehead of the nation called USA. He meets with dignitaries and conducts foreign relations. POTUS also handles the duties of the executive - such as FBI, CIA, Mil, etc.
The fact that congress is overstepping into the executive by condemning personnel changes, directly engaging with agencies of the executive, and making an abortion out of the foreign policy is terrible.
Add in that the president hasn't vetoed any of the fucking shit that has been taking away the rights of americans is fucking bullshit too.
Biden is now making law which is unconstitutional, but nobody gives a fuck.
I don't give a fuck what a president promises, because POTUS should not be able to carry out promises. Congress does. The fact that nobody exists who is intelligent enough to call these fucks out is very disheartening.
The stolen elections of congress is where the real travesty should be, but in this clownworld we seem to believe POTUS is a dictator and can fuck us in the ass without lube, and that we should be fucking happy.
