Chicago's shot and killed rate is up over 50% compared to January of last year. That's almost entirely black & brown people. Very few whites and no Asians. If this continues, Blacks will be extinct in a few years. Not exactly the progress they were hoping for. But then they aren't good at planning for the future, are they. Get what you can today, by any means necessary, is no way to live.

Well if the rate increases by 50% again next year...and the next year we'll be onto something. With no more police investigating or walking beats I think it could happen.
