They actually made things worse. More young Black men are being killed in cities across America than before all of that happened. Almost none of that is by cops. It's by other young Black men.
Chicago's shot and killed rate is up over 50% compared to January of last year. That's almost entirely black & brown people. Very few whites and no Asians. If this continues, Blacks will be extinct in a few years. Not exactly the progress they were hoping for. But then they aren't good at planning for the future, are they. Get what you can today, by any means necessary, is no way to live.
