MGTOW, as sad as it may be as a movement, is a response to modern feminism. It isn't the same, nor is it fighting to destroy Western civilization.
MGTOW is a sad response given by men when they come to realize they have neither any use for the other gender nor any more time to waste on the games played by the other gender.
Sure, we can make fun of the MGTOWs. Most of them are fat incels and couldn't get laid in a whorehouse during a freebie special.
But you must understand something: No man every set out to be a MGTOW. And that stands in stark contrast to the women who set out purposefully to be a modern feminist.
So MGTOW sucks - for sure. And they're responsible for their actions and decisions - also for sure. But just keep in mind MGTOW would never have been a thing if it weren't for modern feminism. Take that to the bank (so to speak cause banks are all jew).
Best thing to do, if you know a MGTOW, is try to help him improve himself. Understand why he's a MGTOW, and help him work through it.

When I bought a shit ton of survival food, I had to meet the delivery guy at the bottom of the mountain and take it the rest of the way. He told me how he lived in his truck for a while after his divorce. He is probably still paying child support if they have not thrown him into prison already for falling behind.
