FYI, go to makestickers.com. They do good work at low costs. You can even get "vinyl" bumper or window stickers, the kind that can be removed and reused. I've had one on my vehicle for over 3 years now and it has never come off and still looks like new. No, I have no relationship with the firm, financial or otherwise. They simply provide good stuff.
For quality I was thinking about the opposite and more like a vehicle registration sticker. When you attempt to remove those they continuously break off never allowing you to pull up a clean edge. The more brittle the better I think. Make it a nightmare to remove in hopes that they give up.
You can have it made out of paper or vinyl. You can have it made opaque or clear. The one on my truck goes through mud, forest, over trails in the Smokies, and through car washes. It's never come loose, isn't torn, and is a clear and bright as the day I got it. YOU design it; submit it and they return proofs for your modification or approval. Then you order however many copies you want.
