Now of course one could still claim the lawyer is lying and used falsified documents... But that's kind of a career ending move for a lawyer
Oh you poor soul.
Of course you have proofs of your claim that the entire judicial system, from the lawyer to cops to courts, fabricated a case against him involving tampering with governmental records, perjury and falsification
>Whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsifies, or makes a false entry in any record, document, or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under title 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.

It's 20 years potentially
Just to set up that one guy...Personally I think he isn't THAT important... But that's just me
claim that the entire judicial system,
No, just suspect one judge.
It's called judge shopping.
The cops know fuck all. They just do what they're told.
The FBI 100% could and would make false statements under oath.
Just to set up that one guy...Personally I think he isn't THAT important... But that's just me
Are you aware the FBI had a document leaked that stated in effect, that the size of an organization was "entirely irrelevant." It could be two guys in a bar and they would want "to be in that bar to stop it before it gained traction." That the only thing that mattered at all was "the potential for their ideas to gain traction."
All you have to ask when they arrest someone is
why are they publicizing this?
why would they publicize it rather than keep silent about it? What would they gain?
And that tells you if it passes the smell test.
And frankly, this doesn't.
It's a setup.
>No, just suspect one judge.
Potentially 20 years for a judge, and end of career evidently, for? For the leader of what's basically a soft hooligan club of trump supporters?
You do realize that people actually went to jail, like dozens following the snitching? Which implies that the judge falsified something like thousands of court documents?
...
For what again? What's the benefit here? Proud boys are a side show politically speaking
It doesn't make sense, and it wouldn't even end the proud boys, it would just end one leader....
