Term limits wont help much.
As companies will still buy congress and hire them after their term is over.
I think a lifetime term unlike the supreme court seats. so money is of no issue to them; as they will have a lifetime job and not have to worry about needing 100million to rerun in 2 years. Make it so they simply have 1 page in the ballot info book to explain their work they did in the last 2 -3 years and why they should stay. otherwize they can get voted out. and if voted out then a special election to hire someone new.
So basically do a good job and you can keep your job forever. Do a shitty job and the people will vote you out
