No, none will be in the tranches, it's a loyalty test. Trannies are going to get fast tracked into high ranking positions because they've proven that they know how to play the game and are willing to do anything to service the machine.

Just like they were screening out Trump voters among the troops in DC, being a tranny proves you're 109% on board with globohomo and destroying the nation.
