Nothing like being forced to take the offensive, when you couldn't even defend yourself from allegations of fraud. So what will happen is eventually they will be forced to drop the suite, but until then they will try to break (financially) the lawyers they're suing. Upon that failure they will then seek to drop their suite quietly so they can move on. Now though, its a money war, and the idea is to make the defendants spend too much money on defense as possible.
