The concern is more of the speed and how comfortable they are with proposals like this only means it's going to be a lot sooner than we thought before other things, like being able to use a bank to get paid, are going to happen.

Seriously. I must know very little of the places other people live, because I don't see how you could make below the amount of money they claim makes you rich now and still have a roof over your head.
