Emotions are the navigation system installed by evolution to guide us through the natural world. Shit started going off the rails when we began selling food that tricks our brains into thinking it's good for us. It's hacking our navigation system.

Social media hacks our social navigation system in order to get us to spend money. Miserable people buy more. Whether anger, sadness, or fear, they know what amplifies your insecurities, and they provide it.
