And while hospitals in some places are still being overwhelmed, the overall number of hospitalized patients also appears to have reached a peak and begun to decline slightly. It's down from a peak of over 132,000 patients on Jan. 6 to 122,700 as of Wednesday.

Lmao. I said here the other day, one of two things would happen:
1) the virus is a legit threat that no presidential policy could have really changed, so they'll start talking about mutations and other nonsense as an excuse as to why Biden couldn't do any better than Trump.
2) it was bullshit and/or overblown by the media, so now that Biden is in they'll just reign back all the nonsense until everything goes back to normal, and probably credit Biden with saving the world from the virus.
It's a bit early to tell for sure, but, it looks like they're going with door number 2.
