Damn, I just skimmed through it quickly but every part I read seemed to be spot on. I'm sure there are sections I don't agree with but what he has to say about the left is near perfect. Some quotes:
Those who are most sensitive about “politically incorrect” terminology are not the average black ghetto- dweller, Asian immigrant, abused woman or disabled person, but a minority of activists, many of whom do not even belong to any “oppressed” group but come from privileged strata of society.
Many leftists have an intense identification with the problems of groups that have an image of being weak (women), defeated (American Indians), repellent (homosexuals) or otherwise inferior. The leftists themselves feel that these groups are inferior.
Modern leftish philosophers tend to dismiss reason, science, objective reality and to insist that everything is culturally relative.
Art forms that appeal to modern leftish intellectuals tend to focus on sordidness, defeat and despair...
I can go on, the whole thing is gold and I will be quoting from it from now on.
I know lol. I had always known a bit about Ted K, but mostly that he was against industrialization and technology, which I mostly agree with but probably not the same extreme as him. But I never realized he had written such an insanely good takedown of leftism as a whole.
Yeah same here. I was young at the time but all I head was that he was against capitalism and industry. I wonder why they didn't mention the absolute take down of the left? Too bad he got pointlessly violent, he would have been the first person to be banned on youtube and social media.
The same reason you never publicly hear about anyone else who shits on leftist ideology in a highly intellectual manner: they have absolutely no way to combat it except to censor/ignore it and hope no one notices.
