What makes you think the Australian Government won't fold. They are members of 5-eyes ( Or 14 eyes now), they signed onto the TPP ( modified) and they produce the privacy laws that break encryption. If they did stand up to Google, I wouldn't hold them in such disdain. ( Covid lockdowns anyone)
