Will get tossed out. Can't just sue because you don't like the way they execute the press pool program. They don't even have to give out press passes; what do they think it is, some constitutional right to be at a press briefing? LOL

As I recall (vaguely) one or both of the Bush presidents was constantly bitch-slapping the press, freezing out reporters, denying access, etc., and seemed to get away with it.
