My fiance scoffed at the idea when my mom brought it up in a discussion a while back, citing "lack of socialization". I didn't say anything because she wasn't very far along on the JQ or anything similar.

We haven't discussed it, and are a year or two out from having kids. She's completely JQ/race-aware now, and anti-COVID vaccine. Since the world will be more fucked six years from now than today, homeschooling will be a no-brainer by then. Especially because the "socialization" strawman can get beaten to a pulp by introducing your kid to others in the neighborhood and local sports leagues, both far better than chaining your kid to a desk for 8 hours around his peers.
