That sucks... but it's also a Yankee state, and your rulers love rules, regulations, and telling other people what they can and can not do. (But PA is super pretty in the Autumn.)

Im sure other states are better, but PA is a shit state when it comes to self reliance and freedom. Slightly better than JErsey, but not by much
