You can't organize online or you'll be dealing with zog officials coming to you door or setting you up.

Same thing if you organize in person.

True, but it's safer than online where anyone can listen. What mobsters do is walk around to discuss their business. They fear their houses or businesses are bugged so they just walked up and down the blocks.
