It’s not the worst idea with all that’s going on. However, there are no “local banks” any longer, since FDIC. They can claim to be such, but they aren’t. Secession would have plenty of its own matters to coordinate. Godspeed to those who make the jump. They'll need it, because it’s an easy bet that the US military and UN “Peacekeepers” will be deployed to put down the “insurrectionists” and their “anti-democracy tyranny.”
