This will be dismissed by any non-jew for lack of standing. You can't sue people (or companies) on behalf of other people unless they hire you as their attorney to do so. I can't go sue Twitter for doing mean things to Trump. It has to be me that suffers the harm from their actions.

That's the great thing about appellate courts: they have to issue an opinion. If they issue an opinion that says you can sue online companies because they're doing (or not doing) something, it's gonna be open season on tech firms by places like Judicial Watch.
