It appears that an anon on /pol/ was just trying to unload some crappy laptops for big bucks, but then it turned into something else entirely. Claimed that laptops listed with serial number 'TPW P4-15-NB' had dirt on Hillary. The Q idea grew from there and then others claimed to be the true source. From then on it took on a life of its own.

As long as you trust hard enough, it will happen... nothing at all is required of you. Don't question why I'm telling you about all this insider info, and never mind that nobody has ever come for me.
