It appears that an anon on /pol/ was just trying to unload some crappy laptops for big bucks, but then it turned into something else entirely. Claimed that laptops listed with serial number 'TPW P4-15-NB' had dirt on Hillary. The Q idea grew from there and then others claimed to be the true source. From then on it took on a life of its own.

It doesn't matter. Q isn't about Q - Q's about imparting knowledge to ourselves and others.

Let's say it gets revealed that Q is DS - SO WHAT. Q got hundreds of thousands of people questioning and researching, and I don't know that that would have happened otherwise.

No matter Q's origin, Q served an important function, and that's what matters.
