Could an argument be made that any countries that has strickt covid responses also be classified as not free?
Should be all purple. The only green should be where there are failed governments hat can't enforce anything. Somalia and Liberia come to mind.

At minimum the greens should be yellows.

Any place with lockdown is not free. Lockdown is what they do to jails.
