Same thing happened here In Hawaii. Everybody with fines and citations kept asking for trials and the courts just ended up dismissing all the cases. Tyranny isn't free, lol.

Its the same people who run your local DMV or code enforcement department - the kind of people who love to tell you No and give you a hard time because they lust for their tiny little authority they've been given and turn the cannon on you even though you pay their salary and benefits through your taxes.
