Air crews normally don't fly weekends. They had dozens from all across the country flying this weekend. Normally air tankers are not required for flights across the United States. This is only required if moving air power which you don't want landing across the country. They had at least six air tankers running just Sunday. Video of trains moving equipment has popped up. Something is going on and it's not an inauguration.
