Azure is incredibly expensive. Such a fucking ripoff.
I can pay $50per month for managed high spec vps
Or $300 for a lesser azure service. E.g the sql server is in a different physical location causing excess latency.

It would require 1000x lurkers over posters. Or more. You’ll get servers from $5 a month now. That woul of course not be enough, but it is a long way to $30K.
Yeah, I think Azure itself was 20K. Like I say they had been getting a break on pricing but it ended.
