he's a servant of israel trying to create speech laws to protect israeli infiltrators from even being called out let alone imprisoned or deported

In my opinion? Nothing but he is telegraphing fear and weakness by posting the Oath. He or someone else is worried that a military member or members are going to take actions to disrupt the installation. To me it seems weak and mistrustful.
