Guys set up their own cell towers and networks and get cracked in 15 minutes over drug shit. This is endless levels higher than that. Either you're in a cave riding donkeys, using pigeons to communicate or they can find your signal and either crack it or find you. They'll break into your car and wire a tracker into the wires going to your shifter or something like that where you'll never find it. They can shoot a laser at your car or home windows and listen to your conversations. Smarten up.
