Guys set up their own cell towers and networks and get cracked in 15 minutes over drug shit. This is endless levels higher than that. They'll break into your car and wire a tracker into the wires going to your shifter or something like that where you'll never find it. They can shoot a laser at your car or home windows and listen to your conversations.
