Prosecutors in the case of Jacob Anthony Chansley, the man captured in viral images wearing a horned fur headdress and carrying a spear, have formally requested the court strike a line from a recent filing where prosecutors assert that "strong evidence" exists showing "the intent of the Capitol rioters was to capture and assassinate elected officials in the United States Government," CNN reported.

Prosecutors have described Chansley as a regular drug user who suffers from mental illness.

He gave pretty good speech about chicoms and globalist. He sounded pretty sane there. Seriously, all they have on him is trespassing.

I said it in a different thread:

There is no way they have any proof of that that doesn't also exonerate Trump from their charge of inciting violence, since such a plan would have to be in place before Trump's speech.

President Trump pardoning anyone from that Capitol Hill AntiFa infiltration riot is a admission of guilt, and party to the crime.
