Chansley has been charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, and with violent entry and disorderly conduct on the Capitol grounds. He is in custody pending a hearing on Monday. President Trump did not tell anyone to do that. So NO he broke the law and pays his dues. Or hope the charges get dropped.

I still see no violence beside violent entry which will need to prove he didnt just walk in after the fact. Also of note. That building belongs to US. They had every right to be there.
