I don't know what the answer is, but we've got to innovate. Time is wasting and it may already be too late.

It’s honorable to warn people. If they are given information and choose to ignore it, so be it, you have done what you can. If the majority want to sink the ship we just have to accept that and make plans accordingly, thankful that we have the luxury of foresight and the commensurate ability to avoid the worst of the coming consequences. Maybe on the other side, some of those people will think of you, and how you tried to help them.
