Yeah my wife found the book online for the first one. She is balls-deep in a CG/CEG engineer geologist license test thing and I'm. Running a small farm, a small sawmill, building a 16' wherry from plans and getting the shit kicked out of me by a 2 year old. Good times. I'm probably going to do it eventually though. I'm going to finish my 16' wherry then make the 20' decked skiff from the same guys. If it works out I will sell them hopefully for enough for some of the materials to make something like this.
I have a 4000 Sq Foot high-bay shop on ag land but it is 50 miles on windy mountain roads from a coastal inlet. It would be impossible to get a big. Monohull there but if I could build up the 3 parts of the cat then put them. Together at the coast and finish it it would be doable. Thanks for the ASA stuff. I didn't know that was a thing.
Dude you are living the dream! Taking those three courses allows you to rent pretty much anywhere. They look at your logbook and the marina you were cert'd out of and maybe a quick skills test. But you can rent pretty much anywhere there's a marina. Sounds like you have the skills to build though, I just fix 'em. :( But if you start, it'll be the third best thing in your life. kid, wife, sailing. Take care!
I never knew a boat could be RENTED. Yeah I lost my job and am a poorfag so I build stuff.
Yeah from some guys boat in a marina or, since you're in love with cats, you can go really high end and get .
When you get your own boat and sail south, you'll go through mexico in a rally out of san diego. https://www.baja-haha.com/
