They were poorer in the 1950's and the majority of their kids had two parents. They were flooded with social programs in the 1960's particularly Chicago. It started there of course. All social "programs" exist because they have designated certain people imperfect. They get kids "before they get in trouble". That's the big ticket item. Your parents are fucked because you're poor and you're going to be a criminal unless you're exposed to MEEEEE. They've been doing that to them since the 1960's non stop. Black welfare Grandparents in the cities grew up believing that shit. They aren't getting off welfare because they aren't supposed to. They feed the real welfare queens running the programs. There's money in them thar niggers. The marxists with their social programs don't use them because they're black or poor. They use them because they believe they own them if they're on welfare. They own everyone that gets government funding. Experiments on prisoners, orphanages and patients happen because they're the property of the government, and that leads cuntish people who exist on tax payer money themselves to think they have ownership of that human government property.
