The problem, I think, is everyone knows what's wrong, but people got nothing to work toward. There is nothing on the other side. The one thing the guy said that I thought was insightful was that it wasn't a serious "takeover" because there was no end goal.
What does the other side look like. I'm pretty flexible as long as "no jews ever" is codified into whatever document comes out.

You’re right. A nebulous goal of “not this,” doesn’t work. And without the words both stirring up the fervor and binding us together, while at the same time letting our enemies know our intentions and terms, we will never calcify.
Certain other purposes may have to be concealed. Lenin didn’t tell his loyal followers that he and his lackeys were going to wipe them out once they outlived their usefulness. He would have failed outright.
Bernie, Antifa and AOC aren’t coming out on CNN telling where people they will be erased because that would be political suicide. So, they instead introduce watered down and coded language. They’ve sold these dumb college kids a future of free money, free tuition, free sex, and free hormones, free medicine, free houses, and anything else they can imagine. The reality is, and the leaders know this, only high ranking party members and the well connected will get anything more than a whip to the back or a bullet in the head.
The whites who don’t yet understand the threat the jews pose don’t need to know that the ultimate result will be the removal of the jews from what comes next. They instead need to be sold a vision of a brighter tomorrow that they would want to live in, and a vision of the dark future if we lose.
