What’s to explain? The House and Senate certified Alabama and Alaska’s electoral college votes for Trump- 12 votes. Then they read into the record Arizona’s 11 Electoral College Votes for Biden. Then the protestors spoiled the ballots of the remaining 47 states. Federal law is clear. They can’t use spoiled ballots and many elections have been determined on the spoiled ballot question. It’s settled law. Trump won by on a legal technicality. It is not legal for governors to send a second set of ballots to congress, so the other 47 state legislatures would have had to send a new set to congress. The Dems weren’t willing to do that. The Dems know that so to cover their asses they had to impeach Trump for his second term, because he won the electoral college on the 6th.
