They have to impeach because he was legally certified President by both House and Senate on January 6th, before the remaining 47 state ballots were spoiled by protestors. It is illegal under federal law to certify spoiled ballots. Trump won the election by a loophole with 12 Electoral College Votes (Alabama and Alaska) to Biden's 11 (Arizona). Now they are trying to impeach him to fix their fuck up.

Then the protestors spoiled the ballots of the remaining 47 states. Federal law is clear. They can’t use spoiled ballots and many elections have been determined on the spoiled ballot question. It’s settled law. Trump won by on a legal technicality. It is not legal for governors to send a second set of ballots to congress, so the other 47 state legislatures would have had to send a new set to congress. The Dems weren’t willing to do that. The Dems know that so to cover their asses they had to impeach Trump for his second term, because he won the electoral college on the 6th.
