Snopestm rated this claim as FALSE, they didn't erase the votes, but rather merely switched them in favor of Biden.

FactCheck labels the Snopes fact Pants Slightly Soiled; They don't switch the votes they just reduce the Trump votes to fractions [so technically they're not taken off] and run the Biden votes a few more times through the counter [to insure they're not disenfranchised by evil Republicans].
